Grava is Spanish for gravel, a material with its own unique attributes like an extremely distinct sound — a crunch • The realisation of this led to the exploration of how we experience wine using all our senses • We began to think beyond just how a wine tastes but rather how we connect with it and its purpose in our lives • Although a deeply considered approach, these sight & sound ‘tasting’ notes invite a more playful and curious exploration of our wine • These original compositions were created after each wine was enjoyed by the artists.
